Cookleaf sells digital products. Please read each product description carefully before purchasing.

7-day refund window

You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the product was not as described, you have a technical access issue that we cannot resolve, or you received an incorrect file.

How to request a refund

Email support@recipeebook.store with the email used for your purchase, the purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We may ask for information needed to locate the order or troubleshoot access.

Review and processing

We review eligible requests within a reasonable time. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to display the refund.

Digital products

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, refund requests are assessed individually within the 7-day window. This policy does not limit any mandatory rights that apply under applicable law.
